How do I pay for my trip?
Due to the growth and the expansion of the company an invoice will be generated within 24 hours of booking.
Can I book a trip with more than one stop?
- Yes. Please list in the note section in the order you want them.
- Each additional stop is an extra charge.
How do I know that my Request for a Ride has been scheduled?
- You will receive a confirmation via email and text when ride is booked.
- You will also receive a text the evening before your ride confirming your ride details along with a picture of your driver and their vehicle.

What additional charges might I incur other than the ride rate?
- Credit card fees
- Late ride request fee
- Fuel Charge

- Cancellation fee
What if I need to cancel the ride?
- Use the confirmation email or text you received when booking your ride to go in and cancel.
- Contact Ride N Go via email or text - * will need a drop down box here to be able to list each location with email address and phone number. With email addresses being clickable so customer can just click address and email will pop up.
- No Cancellation fee for over 24 hours from scheduled ride pick up time. Rides that have been paid for already will be issued as a credit to be used within 45 days of the purchase date.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
- Rides cancelled 3 hours or less from scheduled pick up time will be charged the full ride rate.
What are the rates?
Rates go by distance, time of day, travel time, wait time. Please submit an Information/Quote from the main booking page and we will assist you in getting the information you need.
